Had they never said they were going to send an email, the responsibility would be mine. Had they sent the email, I would have cancelled in time. They did not do what they said they were going to do. No email had been sent to warn the free trial was ending and my account would be charged! I immediately called them, and was told the wait time to speak to someone was over an hour, so I hung up and sent an email online to their help desk. This morning, April 10th, I woke up to a charge on my account for $112.66, the payment for a month of FUBO TV. I normally would set a reminder on my calendar, but since they said they were sending an email, I did not.

In the process of signing up for the free trial, it clearly stated that they would send an email 24 hours before charging my account so I would know. I wanted to check out the service, see what lives games I could access, and see if it was worth the money. I started a FUBO TV free trial on April 2, 2023.
